for the next 3 weeks i will be concentrating on the tour the france

if you don't know the Tour de France,it is a cycle race round the whole of France,taking in the Alps and Pyrenees mountain ranges.
The whole course is lined with millions of enthusiastic spectators.
three weeks of nothing but pain and torture!
